Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery Only for damaged or defective items.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of damage (photo/video) must be required for return approval.

 

Exchange / Replacement Policy

We currently do not accept returns of any products.
Exchange is available only in case of size or fitting issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange can be done only once per order.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or without an opening video proof will not be accepted for exchange.
  • We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges; however, the pickup/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.(250/-Rs*)
  • Customers may also choose to send the exchange parcel to our address at their own cost.

 

Once Received the parcel, After verification, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days.

NOTE: IF WE FIND THAT THE PARCEL YOU SEND IS NOT OUR PRODUCT THEN WE WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
