Order Delivery & Damage Policy
  • If you have received an SMS or Email stating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

Customer Responsibility
  • Customers are required to take utmost care of the product while it is in their possession.

  • All items included in the package (e.g., blouse piece in sarees, dupatta/pant in kurta sets, or other mentioned accessories) must be returned together.

  • If any item/accessory is missing from the package, we cannot process a refund or exchange.


Reporting Damaged Products
  • If you believe the product delivered is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 1 day of delivery via email.

  • Please send the following details:

    1. Order ID

    2. Clear photos of the product

    3. Unboxing video (mandatory) showing:

      • The package being opened,

      • The product label clearly visible,

      • The order ID clearly shown.

โš ๏ธ Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
