Return & Refund Policy

If you have any query regarding a product and want to return/exchange it, you must raise a request within 7 days from delivery using your registered email ID to our support email or WhatsApp number.

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Note:
We do not provide reverse pick-up services. Customers must send the product to our company address at their own cost.

When returning, please mention your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number inside the parcel for office use.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders → Refund will be directly credited to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders → Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / GPay / PhonePe / Paytm once we receive your bank/UPI details.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the product is received at our office. If not received after 7 days, contact us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped (unused, unwashed, undamaged). Returns in poor condition will not be refunded.

  • Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange/refund will be allowed.

  • Order cancellations are only possible until dispatch.
